My child 2 yr 9 months old, He is facing constipation issue on every 3rd day and he always try to control his pressure and not want to do potty.

keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake
add fibre rich foods as papaya pear sapota apple
give curd daily
raisin water
avoid maida suji banana rusk rice
