my chid is 19 months old.He is crying from last 3 -4 days during sleep at day and night.we are unable to identify his reason of crying.please help

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could bfe nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out .
