#asktheexperts sometimes at night my 2year boy wake up 2 to 3 times with crying..can not identify what is the reason..even he eat well before sleep

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello father kindly check that if he is eating any particular foods that similar on the days he is reacting in such as way ? Make sure their is time gap been maintained between the meal time and sleep time Also if he is having any screen time ?
