my c section delivery was on 26th dec and from last 3-4 days I am unable to pass tools,kindly advice what to do as its very painful while going to.washroom

A. use glycerine suppository at anal region. it helps relieve the constipation immediately but while buying just check whether it is for adults. try to include more of green leafy vegetables and sprouted grains along with adequate water intake to maintain good digestion
