my breat milk not sufficient for baby .kindly suggest me how increase to brestmilk..my baby only 35 days ..

Have plenty of fluids that extremely important then you should have good protein in which diet along with the regular diet that you have tried to include good amount of proteins into that plus you can take Shatavari powder it’s a very good and lactation supplement that really helps a lot and increasing the lactation of Women these all things you can do I’m very certain your lactation should increase over the period
