A. dear, It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, milk, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
