Q.

My breasts are filled and leaking always. my baby is 6 month old now and she has started on solids once a day. I feel she feeds breastmilk lesser and hence my breasts are always full and leaking. what should be the gap between breastfeeding and solid food intake ?

A. Hi mom Maintain the gap of two three hours interval between the two meals ... In between u can give breast feed if ur baby demands.. once ur baby completes six months then u can give cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree etc.
