Q.

my breasts always feel soft, nevver feel full, my baby cries while latching, I think my milk supply is not sufficient what should I do? I havetried lactare granule, plz help me

A. Generally electrician supplements are very helpful and very beneficial to try taking Shatavari powder three times in the day it hurt apart from that also I would recommend you that I have a protein protein rich diet and good liquid in the diet still if your breast are soft and not produce in enough then start with formula for your child
