why is my breasts soft after 4week of dilivery? Is my breasts full or empty if it is soft?

A. some women have excess of milk and their breast go very hard so if you feel that you have breast or soft just check if you are feeding your baby then it is quite natural that it will be soft most of the time if your baby is getting the full need not to worry
