It is very important to offer the small amount of formula after the breastmilk, so that your supply does not decrease even more. Being a new mom might be driving you nuts! Include protein rich foods like milk, paneer, egg, pulses sprouts curd , soya chunks, for good milk production
Also include Galactogogues like dink methi seeds, shatavari powder, Coconut, green vegetables, dry fruits for improving milk quality
