Q.

my breastmilk is not coming properly i am feeding him both formula and breastmilk also so is this fine ??

A. Yes ofcourse there is no problem in this

A. You do need to feed the baby, so while you build up your breastmilk supply, using a very small amount of formula AFTER a feed is a good way to help. It is very important to offer the small amount of formula after the breastmilk, so that your supply does not decrease even more. Being a new mom might be driving you nuts! But you can rely on nuts to increase breast milk supply with just a handful a day.You can consider adding more protien your daily intake of food and for your baby i suggested you give Dexolac Stage 1 Formula..…it's has 36 essential nutrients with FOS which is good for baby growth and development...

A. Hello Include protein rich foods like milk, paneer, egg, pulses sprouts curd , soya chunks, for good milk production Also include Galactogogues like dink methi seeds, shatavari powder, Coconut, green vegetables, dry fruits for improving milk quality
