A. dear mum, it is best to exclusively breastfeed your baby till the completion of 6 months. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. you should avoid giving formula.

A. You urself need to take good diet. Take lot of liquids along with regular healthy food. Take soups, water, milk, fruits 30min before you feed child. You may store breast milk if possible and feed your child later incase you want to rest. Keep in mind, more you feed more your body will get a signal to produce more.. if you give formula milk then your body will not understand that baby needs more milk. But again if you are too tired and finding it difficult to feed or not getting enough feed then offcourse you may give formula milk but understand it’s pros and cons.
