I am feeding my child both formula and breastmilk he is urinating frequently but small quantities some times and normal sometimes y

A. Hello mom that means the baby is not emptying his bladder completely.. so make sure at regular intervals if possible to make him do .. also as the climate is cool that also one of the reasons for frequent urination
