Q.

my breast milk supply needs 4-5 hours till den baby gets irritated and I don't want to give formula milk... wat do I do to increase my breast milk ?

A. try Babyhug manual breast pump or Babyhug silent and smart electric breast pump.. to increase milk take lactation supplements as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan or striveda or shavatri powder.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic drumstick oats ragi sabudana dalia..
