A. Breastmilk with a good latch, your baby can stimulate the breast properly to release milk and the more milk that is produced. The closer together breastfeeds are the higher the fat content of breast milk and the more milk that is produced. Start shatavari kalpa twice daily with a glass of milk. Also mother diet effects the milk production. So have healthy nutrition and good sleep

A. hello dear regularly take methi, ajwain and jeera in your diet for increasing milk... you can make it powder and take with warm water.. alsoFruits and veggies are a nutritious, low-fat source of calories, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Make an effort to eat vitamin A-rich produce often, such as carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes, and cantaloupe. Three servings of milk or other dairy products are suggested for breastfeeding womenYour body is always producing more milk, but it will produce as much as it thinks you need, so if you keep pumping, you should keep on producing it, but if you stop pumping as much, your body will think it doesn't need to produce as much and will reduce the supply."
