Q.

My breast milk is reduces and it’s not Satisfying my baby my baby is crying from hunger how to increase breastmilk can I can I put anything other than breastmilk

A. Please see a lactation consultant.... don't wait for the breastmilk to increase if your baby is suffering from hunger....even formula feeding is better than baby in distress.... 😊

A. it is advisable to do only mothers feeding to the baby first 6 months of age the mother's motivation itself will have proper milk supply to the baby take diet rich in proteins fruit juices and milk for yourself
