Seema shekharMom of 2 children4 years agoA. First of all keep yourself well hydrated .add massor dal,ajwain jeeta til,multugrain dalia , wheat daliya, oats milk in your diet.make halwa with kacchi haldi, adrak, gur and ghee. eat 2 to 3 tbs daily.
