Q.

My breast milk is already tried up. so how many times do i give formula in a day. my son is 11 months old and he is started having food also but he is very only 7...kg

A. hi dear unpasteurized juice, milk, yogurt, or cheese. regular cow's milk or soy drinks before 12 months instead of breast milk or formula. It's OK to offer pasteurized yogurt and cheese. foods that may cause choking, such as hot dogs, raw vegetables, grapes, hard cheese, popcorn, and nuts.
