my breast milk has gone down alot..only 100-150ml comes out when I pump 2-3 times in 24hrs.. though my daughter is on solid and cow milk now but I want to give her my milk too till 2yrs age.. she is 14 months old.. how to increase the supply.. I am expressing via pump ,not feeding her directly

A. You need to take care of your diet as well if you are still breast feeding. Nutritional, vitamins and minerals in diet is mote important take protein powder, iron supplement
