Q.

My daughter is 3 months old and my milk supply has gone down drastically as she has not latched and I use to breast pump the milk and now hardly there is any supply. how to increase the breast supply kindly suggest few measures.. thank you

A. try to have nutritional food like dal, milk and methi seeds. ajwain water also helps to increase breast milk. sometimes it happens because of hormonal changes. it will be alright. do not use breast pump regularly as there are chances of having breast cancer. if baby is not latching you can try formula milk. also sometimes if you use strong fragrance cream or powder or lotion on yourself baby will not latch.
