my breast is paining as my child of 2 months old fed yesterday night for long hours what are the remedies to get of breast pain as it is paining after feeding

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Rinse the breast after each feeding with water to reduce the risk of infection. Apply a cold pack to numb the injured area before nursing. Cold can help dull the pain. give proper latch.
