my breast has become hard since yesterday ,I have compressed it with hot water but no relief n my nipple has become very painful n not able to feed my baby, please suggest some remedy.

A. hi it Happens when child is not latching properly try to express milk through breastpump or with your hands I would suggest to use Babyhug breastpump which is easy to use take hot shower to get relief in pain wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
