Q.
Doctor from today morning my left breast become hard I have 2 month old baby .generally when it gets hard baby latches the breast and it becomes soft.but from today it's hard only and paining I have taken hot water shower also given hot compression but still the milk is not releasing.pls suggest something

Hello, before nursing to left side compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage or compression during feedings. Breastfeed often—every 1.5 to 2 hours during the day .
