Q.

my boy was born on 36th week preterm.his birth weight was 1.75kg..after 28 days he became 2.50kg..now he has completed 44 days .what should be the weight now to count as normal?

A. Hello Generally newborn babies gain 25 to 30 GM's weight per day. by 44 days baby should be around 400-450 GM's.additional to what was at 28 days. best way to track baby's growth is to plot height weight on a growth chart periodically
