my boy is very weak.please healthy hone ke liye kya nutrition dena sahiye

A. Hello Do not allow junk foods like biscuits, farsan, sweets, sugary drinks, maggi. chocolates for your child. Add foods like paneer, egg, fish. banana, potato. cheese , green vegetables, peanuts, almonds in childs recipes . this will help in healthy weight gain
