Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, your child is dehydrated. Give your child ors solution as that would help in maintaining proper hydration in the body. Also give only Khichdi and curd to eat. Avoid giving Milk or any dairy products to eat. Good luck and take care
