my boy is 8 year old.he is very thin.which type of food he should eat.

A. Make your kids have some healthy rotis and parathas with healthy grains like jowar, bajra, nachni. Avoid using maida in their Indian breads as that is unhealthy weight gain. Bajra flour is high in protein and is a complete protein for vegetarians when combined with dal.
