My boy is 3 years old now. Still no signs of communication. He does eye contacts, laugh, giggles, play, eats, drinks everything he does on his own. He says mummy papa dada dadi just do not address us. He says 1000 things, like alphabets, numbers, colours, animals, vegetables, even imitates the ads on tv, watch cartoons, U name it. Play with other children. JUST NO COMMUNICATION!! No nodding of head for yes or no. What should we do ?
