my boy is 28 days old he is having reddish like pimple and skin removed like rashes in urine place what do to any sln

massage with coconut oil 4-5 times per day

You can apply coconut oil or Babyhug massaging oil on the affected areas and repeat the process after 2 to 3 hours. It must heal or get better in few hours but if it does not then must Consult with your paediatric once.
