My boy is 19 months old and he is not started talking…he is able to speak only 4-5 words now…he is understanding the words and responding accordingly..he is unable to speak…is this a sign of concern

A. Usually kids pick up on the speech by the age of 2.5 years so the run thing right now is that you should try and communicate more and more with your child over you communicate your child is going to learn and if it doesn’t pick up by the time of 2.5 years then consult your doctor
