My boy is 1 year 9 months old. he is not eating properly for the past 15 days. he is just taking one meal properly in a day. can you please tell the reason behind this

A. Hello Mom it could be of various reasons..either he is having bloating issues , or some tummy issues check his stools formation and for any kind of sour smell . Also how is his activity been off late is he dull or active as usual ?
