Q.

My boy is 1.5yrs older always cries while going to bed and while waking up, we have tried almost everything but no result, he only ends being quite after he is exhausted of it...please help

A. Dr. my kid sleeps only after breastfeeding he was a month back drinking Buffalo milk but he has suddenly stopped drinking that and relies only on breastfeeding twice in day and while sleeping, he has also reduced water intake, drinks only when he is really really thirsty, is this amongst a reason for the irritated incessant crying...

A. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid todo much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep. toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
