My boy having a severe headache from past two days and he has no other symptoms? What should i do

A. Balm you can apply as of now and along with that also I’m going to recommend you that you please try to figure out why the headache is happening isn’t your child taking proper sleep having a lot of screen time and also sometimes due to vision issues also this can happen
