my boy got his vaccination done today [6years] he is unable to bare the pain although is have applied ice and hot water he got fever what should we do now should i take him to doctor tomorrow

You’re only supposed to put ice cube or cold pack there is no system of hot compress please don’t do it you’re actually messing up by doing hot compress after that you can apply Thermophob that will help in reducing and continue with paracetamol every six hours fever or no fever if the pain is much you can go ahead with doing it
