my son is 6years old .his milk teeth moving in lower jaw. he is suffering with pain .I'm giving hot water with salt to gargle suggest me what to do to remove the pain

A. Hello mom.as it does cause discomfort water and salt gargle is for throat pain does not have much effect on this condition. if possible take homeopathy supplements in this condition highly recommended
