my boy doesn't speak ...he just do signals and says mummy papa should it be a concern?

At least your child is doing signals that means your child has no problem in understanding anything any child is quite smart and growing as per the age but speech should be there so you should try to talk to your child more and more child is going to pick up you can get it checked with the vocal glands are not developed properly then in that case you can take a homeopathic treatment for that
