Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is common for babies passing stool after feeding It is quite common that in small babies they will be passing motion immediately after taking feeding this is because of gastrocolic reflex present in the babies no need to worry about this as the baby is growing in the age it will disappear
