Why I always feel thirsty whenever I breastfeed my baby?

A. It is normal to feel thirsty while breastfeeding as your boby wants more water for supply of breast milk specially during summer times. Please drink 6-7 ltr water in a day.

A. Hi mom It’s all normal and common Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk More sucking leads to more milk Stay hydrated
