my boy baby getting smallest pimples why to come in new born babies can u give me suggestions for that

A. hi young babies have very sensitive and delicate skin. so it might be baby acne,or it might happen because of allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics,heat or sweating or Infection. please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your child in well vantileted room avoid using any cosmetics at least 6 months age. give bath twice in a day. maintain good hygiene. if it is baby acne , don't worry it disappear by own.
