My both children are 7 and 3 years resp. Recently they got infected with covid and now recovering. What diet supplement should be given to boost immunity.?

please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
you can give dates milk daily twice a day
it is very helpful
please give daily sun light exposure
