Q.

My bm is very low my baby is 3months but I am just getting 30 ml at one time next pump I am not getting anything

A. it is always advisable to give only mothers feeding to the baby for first six months of age if the breast milk is not adequate then you can give formula milk to the baby

A. It seems like you are really very low on breastfeeding so if you need to consult your doctor and you can start with formula feeding for the child because that way it is very important for your child to have full appetite and if you’re unable to produce that much then you can definitely start with formula feed is well
