Q.

My bilirubin (Direct) is 0.28 mg/dl SGPT (ALT) is 44 IU/I ALKALINE phosphatase is 280 IU/I Can it be cured permanently by medicine? Or is it serious illness?

A. in your case we need proper evaluation still It is not possible to give any opinion and advice in this regard without proper physical examination of the baby taking other things into consideration please consult your local pediatrician for examination of the baby and advise in this regard
