my bby is just 7month but i started him to give banana mango apple and during lunch with rice dal and carrot and now he has fever it's is becoz of this food or not

A. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and you have started him solid food items and he has a fever then it’s not due to food but some infection

A. no this is not because of food it may be because of some interaction with the child is having fever for now give paracetamol in at in any other symptoms are there consult your doctor
