My bby is 3 months old. In lunch I eat one 1 boiled egg. I eat one pear. in breakfast I eat 2 chapatte nd makhan.my bby is very cry.. my bby produce very gas I take him bestozyme for gas.nd tummy pain also I take him colicaid. plz suggest me can I eat pear apple nd egg

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Your diet is fine no problem with that start adding hing in cooking meals and try to drink atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water on a day and always burp vaby after feeding and give bonnisan drops to the baby
