my bby is 1 year old now nd his upper nd lower jaw both are coming nd my bby has 101 nd fever so should I give paracetamol. nd wht should or more things do when jaws comes

You mean to say upper and lower teeth are erupting, right?
It is ok to experience mild to moderate discomfort during teething. Fever comes during this time because kids put their fingers and objects in their mouths to ease discomfort leading to generalized infection in the body. Just massage the gums to ease the discomfort.
