my bae boy is 3m old his birth wght is 2.4kg now he is 4.9kg...is that normal???bcz he looks so lean

yes it is normal
babies weight gain depends on their birth weight
usually they gain 250 to 500g per month
so please don't take much stress for this.
if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about his or her appearance.
