Q.

my baby yesterday night fell down from 3 feet hight bed accidentally....he just cried and when I consoled him.he slept.. can anyone tell me how can I find out if any internal injury is there in head or not...or any body part

A. it is not possible to comment upon the the kind of injury without clinical examination so please consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child and then only any suggestion could be given

A. hi you need to observe your child for next 48 hours. if you find any symptoms like fever, irritability, breathing difficulty , dazzineess, low appetite , extra sleeping, difficulty while feeding, projectile vomiting , diaherra etc then you must consult your pediatrician.
