my baby will turn 9 month on 24th July can I give him almond?

Yes mam you can you need to soak two almonds in the night and then in the morning be late grind it properly so that it is easy for your child to consume and inhale and you can give it to your child regularly it is a very good source to introduce Nuts you can also add it in Milk or some food if your child is not taking it directlyWrite Your Answer Here
