Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby doesn't even a single word but two years of age probably had to have a neurological evaluation of the baby please consult the local doctor for the same

Hello If your child is not speaking a word till now then you should consult with an ENT doctor to check if there is a speech delay or disorder and also after that you should consult a speech therapist ones regarding the same they will tell you as to what do you need to go ahead with
