my baby will turn 10months now from past 1week she is not eating anything whatever i make her eat she spills out......i am concerned for this

I Would just like to tell you maybe your child is having its teeth which is why this is happening it is very common at this age after the age of 6 to 9 months these things are certain times very common with kids but still to be more sure and clear about it it would be advisable to consult your doctor ones
