My baby will complete his 6th month on 10th of April. Why is his head hot but the body is comparatively cooler? Is it fever? I tried to measure the temperature using forehead thermometer by placing it over his forehead and the reading is 100.4°F. But the body is cool. Please suggest.

A. it is advisable to take temperature in the armpit of the child and if it is hundred or more then only consider it as we were and give paracetamol and if it continues for more than two days then kindly meet your doctor
